Is there a trial?

Your first payment occurs 30 days after you join. There are not contracts or start-up fees. If you cancel before the 30 day billing window no charges will be made on your account.

How much does it cost?

We have a usage based pricing model. No contracts or startup fees. You pay $60 + 0.25¢ per active member every month. Here is additional pricing info.

How do I get help?

We use industry best practices to build a clean, simple to understand user interface. That really helps our users hit the road running. However, when you need a bit of additional help our approach to support is multi-prong:

  • In-Page Support – Many of our pages will provide context aware help right on the page.
  • Training – Our users have access to training material that includes videos and written material. This material not only provides “getting started” information but covers more advanced scenarios for seasoned users.
  • Knowledge Base – Our users have access to a knowledge base where we catalog common support questions and issues. This knowledge base is searchable and we work hard to keep it up to date with the latest information. Many times we funnel support questions into the knowledge base so others can benefit from our answers.
  • Email – When you can’t find what you are looking for, built in features make it easy for you to send an email to support.

Is my data secure?

We leverage industry best practices to provide a safe and secure application. Here are a few things you should know:

  • Encryption – All of the traffic between your browser and our servers uses encryption and TLS/SSL for protection. This is the same technology that your bank uses.
  • Backups – All data is backed up to a secure cloud location once per day. In addition our servers run in a virtualized environment that provides an additional layer of backup.
